V. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Fair Financial Terms and Milestone-Based Protection. Our refund policy provides clarity for both service projects and digital product purchases, with milestone-based protections and satisfaction guarantees.
Section 1: Service Projects and Milestones
Custom development projects are structured around clear milestones and deliverable acceptance:
- Prorated Termination: Custom development projects are structured around predefined milestones. In event of project termination, Client is liable only for fees associated with milestones that have been reached and delivered.
- Post-Deployment Warranty: All custom-built projects include a 90-Day Limited Warranty. This covers remediation of functional defects and bugs identified after deployment date at no additional cost.
- Acceptance Criteria: Each milestone includes specific acceptance criteria that must be met before progression to subsequent phases and payment obligations.
- Change Management: Project scope modifications require formal change orders with revised timelines, costs, and impact assessments.
Section 2: Digital Product and Course Sales
Standalone products and educational offerings have distinct refund policies:
- Product Sales: Refunds for standalone SaaS products or project builds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been deployed into a production environment.
- Educational Refunds: Paid courses include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing for a full refund if requested before completion of more than 25% of curriculum.
- Licensing Terms: Digital products are subject to license agreements that define usage rights, restrictions, and termination conditions.
- Support Coverage: Product purchases include standard support coverage with options for extended service level agreements.
